From creating impressionistic paintings to being more abstract, I use mixed media to capture a moment in time. I believe each painting tells a different story.  These are simple moments but they can be very powerful. I have a love for color and representational form, and because I also have a strong love for an abstract interpretation of the story, I let the painting take me where it wants to go.

 

Born and raised in California, I took my first art class in 2010 after successfully working in both the entertainment and fashion industries.  The art class changed my life as I realized I had finally found my true passion and I have been a full time artist ever since.  I have studied under some amazing artists including Daniel Keys, Dennis Perrin, Peggi Kroll Roberts, and Michael Carson.  I am thankful for all the life experience I have had because it has helped me develop and shape my voice as an artist. Today, my life consists of my art, my family, and my small group of friends. I finally feel like I am living my dream, and I could not be more excited about the journey I am on!
